HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our Mystery Shopper Programs are a building block training program for your management and staff. Our Shoppers focus is to observe and then document their visit covering the 12 key areas of service, atmosphere, and food. Visits are typically scheduled once a month or more often as necessary. Regular visits are scheduled as surprise shopper visits in order to experience regular happenings within the establishment.

OUR MYSTERY SHOPPER REPORTS COVER 12 AREAS OF SERVICE:

– Post Visit Call – Exterior of Establishment – Front Entry/Host Stand/Greeter – Restrooms – Table Presentation – Atmosphere – Server/Preparer/Cashier Standards – Beverage/Meal Time Standards – Food & Beverage Quality – Management – Departure – Overall Ratings

Once the visit is complete a detailed report is sent to the facility within 2 business days of the visit in order to implement training corrections noted.

Visit Reimbursement:

Visit reimbursement will consist of the shopper submitting the receipt for the assigned shop. The shopper will be reimbursed for the total amount of the receipt unless the shopper exceeds the agreed upon amount that was originally requested by the client. In that case, the shopper will only be reimbursed the original agreed upon amount.
